First class service staff are always do their best for you doctor's and nurse's are brilliant very understanding and caring

Reception staff were helpful, though I had to go to the surgery in person because I couldn't get through on the phone. The problem was with the doctor I spoke to. It felt like she'd already decided what my problem was within 30 seconds, and nothing I said seemed to matter. You could tell she wasn't really listening and in the end I just gave up. I'll call back in a couple of weeks and ask to speak to someone who'll actually listen to me.

Suggested improvements
Have doctors who actually listen, rather than just saying 'mm, mm' and then trying to get you off the phone ASAP.

No complaints at all with any of the staff, the surgery is always clean and the waiting area quite comfortable

Shocking system trying to get through over 45 minutes on hold then to be told no appointments very poor system Good service with the nurse ringing me back on this occasion. And good explanation of my results and treatment available

We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we are currently looking at introducing a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier.
